The Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme is designed to train and develop apprentices in a way that enables them to keep pace with advancing technology and high levels of customer service.
The comprehensive, three-year Programme provides apprentices with an exciting and challenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training, while in full-time employment.
On successful completion of the programme, apprentices will achieve an Advanced Apprenticeship Framework in their chosen specialism, which consists of IMI Vocational Competence and Knowledge qualifications, Functional/Core Skills Maths, English and ICT qualification and Advanced Apprenticeship Framework Certificate and Ferrari Graduation Certificate.
All programmes are delivered on a residental block basis over a period of 2 or 3 years dependant on specialism.
The Programme for the Service & Repair Technician Apprentice lasts 3 years with underpinning knowledge delivered at Ferrari North Europe Training Centre in Slough.
The Programme for the Parts and Service Advisor Apprentice lasts 2 years with underpinning knowledge delivered at the Emtec training facility in Nottingham.
The Programme for the Body, Paint and MET Technician Apprentice lasts 3 years with underpinning knowledge delivered at the Emtec training facility in Nottingham.
